Armor & Magic Resist Adjustments Released

Well I managed to finish the Armor changes much faster than I had thought they would take. Since that seemed to go so smoothly I also took a second look at magic resistance and made adjustments there as well. Both these skills will now scale reduced damage rather than reducing damage by one specific percent. The scaling currently implemented is fairly simple and is designed to help balance armor. When a piece of your armor is hit, damage will be reduced by a value between 1/2 the previous percent to that whole percent, so previously if a breastplate reduced a damage type by 50% it will now reduce damage from 25 - 50% each hit. These new percentage ranges are listed on all items.

Magic resist works in the same manner, if you would be hit by a spell that deals 20 damage and you would normally resist 10 of that 20 damage then you have a chance to resist 5 - 10 points of that damage.

This new system helps create variance in extremely powerful items that were otherwise allowing players to become near invulnerable to all enemies in the game.

I have also adjusted Magic Resistance Potions and Harden Flesh Potions to also scale in the same manner as mentioned above.

Also for those of you waiting for more enchantment runes I expect to have a few more available later in the week.
