No, repairing reduces maximum durability. Merchant players with high smithing skill can repair for less durability loss.

Server Error, so no patches or ability to connect to the game server......
Noticed that the game no longer is updated every 2 weeks...........
Is something new happening to this game? 3D version? New Server? Management On Vacation?
