Heres a possible fix.. Remove all the super powerful good mobs from that area, seriously. Evil has trouble even reaching that dragon with such a thicken of powerful Good mobs. Crusaders being fast makes 1 sader worse than two reapers of life. Archers and Squires and Monks can go there, more than a match for the Skeleton Archers that spawn.
