Sorry but no stablished in-game rule has been broken.He is a paying customer enjoying the game, If you wish to take revenge you have al the right to do it in game, there is no rule stopping you from it. You are not a GM to decide who is banned and who doesn't.

It seems you tried to attack him.. I will not take sides but this seems like a personal altercation between both of you.

Right im not a GM, luckily there was a GM around to also report his behavior. Hes not enjoying the game he was constantly complaining. What 'revenge' ? Cant pk him cuz hes staying low level forever. Which was his complaint. Which he also wont do anything about. Not that pking people suddenly fixs personality disorders. But we'll be getting a Mute function at least.
