IF itwould be easyto accomplish... I kinda like rifling through my pack but in a pinch (like starvation and I cannot find me bread ) a list is much morte user friendly. Other than that I think the inventory is fine.

I see both positives and negatives to this. The positive obviously being for those who prefer a tidy list over their items.

The negative however would be for thievery. Since the system reminds me much of UO, i'll describe it as such. It was pretty common to hide small items below other items in order to lower the chance of being robbed, or nesting tons of containers in eachother. With a list, at least the first one wouldn't work out very well, and i find this to be a small but fun detail that enhances the gameplay a lot.

In regards to stealing, unlike UO we do not allow pack browsing by thieves... stealing is completely that your skill plays into making it a bit more fair and less annoying.

Were considering some different pack displays at this point, but arent commited to any yet. We may stick with the current pack display as their is a certain beauty to the simplicty of it, we may consider givving the player the option they want to use also...

Truth is- I HATED the inventory system at first....But after uysing it for awhile and stacking/organizing my items, I must say that it has really grown on me and I very much like it now. Weird how things can change. Had there been a "list" I would have opted to use it as opposed to the current system and I feel the current system is far more immersive and even superior to a "List". It just took some getting used to.
