When I equip two baselards while duel wielding the off hand appears to be some sort of ax. I am using iron/fortified/sharpened baselards. I don't know if there is an issue with other types of baselards/weapons.

The display where you equip the weapon is correct. The avatar that runs around is where the issue is.
