I'm currently level 20 and I was grouped with a level 22 and we weren't getting experience for any of our kills, once we broke group we gained xp off the very same mobs. Is the level range really that small or is there a bug here? (I'm not sure if this has anythign to do with it but we are both aligned Good)

Were you on the same screen when killing mobs? If so it should be shared otherwise you will not gain.

Yes we were right beside eachother the whole time, after 10 or so kills I looked at my exp and realized it had not gone up a single point. I'll try it out again in a little bit and see what happens.

I found the issue and just fixed it.
