Title: New Skill Problem

If you put the Skill to left and apply u will lose 5 points all time, for exemple 200 Sword Fighting put to left aplly, and put to right know do you have only 195 points.

This is not a bug... this is by design so you cannot switch out your skills for free... (Costs 5 to remove a skill and 5 to add one you havent had before)
