I am not sure if this is the same error that I received earlier, but it looks familiar. This time, I received it after I had reconnected from a disconnect; whenever I clicked the "OK" button, it immediately closed the game client.

Ok I think this one is kind of a fluke, from the information provided here is what I think happened. you entered the game as you were entering the game, a creature was slain. Your character attempted to open the corpse before your character was loaded on the map and the game crashed from this. I have corrected the issue and it will be in this weekends patch.
