increase more hp healed from healing salves.

Actually i've noticed it slower healing 2s instead faster 3s i swapped to 125/125 dodge for 22% dodge i think its better though. :P

Yes speed and hp (hp goes up by 1 more heal cycle at 100 and another 1 at 200) between those numbers its the speed the cycles happen at.
