Title: Page: bows will not work
when equiping bows with barbarian or my ranger they will not attack. Bows are new full durability and i have 1000 arrows on me.

where do you find the miner or his ring in the miner's wife quest?

Its part of a bigger quest... follow the main story line it is one of main quests 3rd one from the king i think.
