Chris talked to me it seems that, one can regain spirit by priest if good , druid if neutral and dark priest if evil
|

Druids will restore SP to anyone. You can also use Concenration to get SP back after its 100, or a sp drain weapon, or soul harvesting.

Actually, have you tried soul harvesting? Can you explain me how it works?

When you kill something you have a chance to gain a portion of its spirit. Its good, use it.
