ADD A DATA FIELD DISPLAYING SHIELD BLOCK RATE.

I'm also organizing a google website "with information I'm organizing based on the forums". I'm trying to organize it.

 

Maybe after it's all overganized. Chris The Avatar can import it it his Player Guide so it all stay nice and organized all in one spot.
