The reverends that restore your spirit for full for a donation should have a deposite attached to them so you can just donate 500g in one go and if you die and respawn or return to them you can have them restore your spirit and just take away from the 500g you gave them earlier.

 

Oh and maybe an option to be healed to half health as well, maybe only if you choose light side or a quest if you want.

I somewhat agree witht he spirit thing.  When a barbaian  dies it would be nice to get spirit filled when you come back.  Otherwise you have to run all the way to town and then back to where you just were.    Other classes can get 100 concentration though which makes it irrelevent for them.
