The power of enchanting weapons puts wizards far behind in damage output, with still severe mana problems. 

Suggesting that the elemental gems give increased spell damage per element when applied to Wands or Staves. Fire Ruby increases Fire Magic Damge by 15, 25, 40%. Same for Cold Sapphires and Lightning Diamonds. Magic Amythest gives 10/20/30% to all. These do not stack.

Dark/Pure souls give similar affects, boosying Prayer/Necromancy spells when used on Wands/Staves.

Mana Regen, -mana cost, -sp cost enchantments available for Armor. Cast speed runes for rings, wands and staves.
