Thinking evil needs a toggle skill, good wizards get Absorb which is amazing but evil wizards dont really get anything... I think what would suit them is a multi-target toggle that causes their single target spells to hit all enemies in range, letting them mass cast spells, aiding their damage a whole lot, but the spells would cost additional SP. The Knight could also get the toggle, since evil knights dont have much for toggle skills either. 

Also gives them both much needed AoE.
