Title: Gold Sink Enchanter guy
Need a gold sink, property isnt really enough :P I'm thinking you just need to add a High-tier Enchanter merchant that stocks top quality stuff at much higher prices, like 100k-600k range for some amazing weapons, armor, rings, or necklaces. Maybe more for rings and necklaces since those keep on you. He shouldnt be placed in a city though, probably somewhere dangerous and hard to get too.
Alternatively you could add a 'gambling' merchant that sells mystery gear, you dont know the quality till you buy it. Good way to sink gold.

Especially since even after farming for long, i dont think i've completed a set of good armor yet lol, i mean like full Ice or Heat or Magic Absorb bone armor for my barbarian, that would be ideal. I pooled all my items together and with Blights (who has killed like, all the yetis) a single set of the stuff eludes me, does it exist? A high tier enchanter would help fill in these holes!
