Druidery should really be extended for Neutral only players. For classes like Wizard, you start out as a mage but your alliegance really makes your class, and the neutral one would be a druid/elementalist, using all four elements for extreme versatility.

Other benificial neutrality skill that would be universally useful could be a passive to increase hp/mp/sp a little, maybe 10% at max. Having a reason to stay neutral makes for a nice third alliegance without having the same worries of having an enemy faction.
