Just read the 'special attack skill at max' and decided Throwing needs one, and i know what i could be. Let us throw 'magic' weapons and have them return (hence why only magic weapons, since its magic!)

Could also make it that the throwing weapon (axe or dagger) has to be in your alternate weapon slot to 'return'. So if you want a throwing magic weapon you are using your alt wep slot to do it
