Demonic Possession Skill: 2 minutes automatically and then up to about 8 or 9 minues depending on your stats. Stats effet duration (Intelligence and Meditation)

Shield Skill: Yes, The chance of actually blocking a hit by your shield increases every 25 points you put into the skill. It will also weigh into the amount of damage the shield can actually absorb. This is completely varient based on the shield you have equipped and each skill point matters when calculating the damage the shield absorbs.  (So I cannot give you some flat amount). Shields makes a significant difference and is worth picking up if you have some points (esp on Knight)

Poison: The poison level of the potion you use to poison something. You can buy level 2s right now and potentially find level 3s off guys/chests etc... but  until I finish alchmeny this will be the limit. When alchemy is in level 5 will likely be the limit. Poison Resist will be changing some in the near future, right now it only reduces the chance of actually getting poisoned in the future we will be attempting to build that into the poison damage algorithm.

Potions:

Harden Flesh: 5% per potion level to armor bonus against all physical damage sources

Magic Resist:  5% per potion level to magic resist bonus against magic spell sources (magic weapons not included)

Question on the Goblin Blasters, Are they ingame? I've found all the other goblins but the blasters remains elusive.

 

Spells: Is thre a way to detect if something has a debuff or buff on it? Whats the duration like on most enhancing spells?

Yes goblin blasters are in the game, you might have to fight a few camps before one comes up, there is a 15% chance of one spawning per camp. Goblins are intended mostly for lowmid-mid level (L10 - 45) players to fight so if blasters were too common it would be come too difficult. Goblins will be making a larger appearnce in the south though once I do that area, expect some tougher goblins there

Buf/Debuf display is something that is on the request list, some spells such as regeneration and channel have animated effects that last with their benefits but not all spells like bless and curse have that.

It is something on the todo list though.
