Question one:  How long exactly does your corpse stay before it dissapears?

Question two:  What does it mean when an item is "Etched with" something? 

Question three:  Regarding housing...Is there any way to remove the furnishing?  I know you can unsecure items you have secured, but i see no way to remove say a chest or table that you place.

2. An etching on a staff or wand enables you to cast the etched spell without it being in your spell book and without paying its reagent cost. Some spells can only be cast through etched items. Other requirements are still checked.

3. Shift+dbl click will collapse a furnishing and it will return to the furnishing menu.
