My attack interval was 1.61 with all armour on.  Since the update or patch it is back to 2.31.  I cannot tell if my character is swinging slower than before but something doesn"t seem right.  Please correct this.

there is no way your interval was 1.61 before the patch... the minimum was 1.7. Now there is more desparity between people with lower dex and higher dex to make it matter more. I would say work at raising your dex... even so the max it would have increased assuming you were at 1.71 is 0.3 (so I could see 2.01).
