It's not so bad. If you are low level try some Brown Wolfs, Reptilian Warriors, Swamp Monsters. Wooden Elf Archers are good too, but you have to be a little stronger.
But if you really can't hold it, just become neutral, kill evils, get levels and then return to the Dark Side.

If you are evil you have to talk with good priest in the church to become neutral.

good priest are in dragon aoth(something like that) village? if yes it didnt work...

What happens when you talk with him?
I have just done it and first we say "I have to come to repent and be cleansed of my sin." and then "I repent and accept the Lord of Light."

Faymlor is right... the reverend outside the cemetary or the one below oak pass town should allow you to revert to neutral. You must stay neutral for about 2 real days before being allowed to switch to good. If you are still not able to switch please let me know.
In addition other creatures/humans available to fight while evil include:
Earth Elemental, Ice Elemental, Fairy, Guard, Armored Archer, Ice Fairy and Dwarves.
