Poutang? I fought him last night he uses very powerful weapons he is a thief/pk player. Funny you should ask about damage he paged me earlier and asked how you dealt so much with an axe, (he said you were doing a lot). In any case he is atleast 30 levels higher I think... he was one of the first players on here.

 

Were still tweaking damage, all i can tell you is it will likely be tweaked down in general for magic weapons by 10 - 15% down. I would also recommend drinking leather skins if you got them, they will help and take up light armor if you can.
