What does " Forward Drawing" in the options menu mean?  If it's on MAX what does this mean?

This essentially tells your client how many tiles ahead of whats being drawn within your game area to process. If you have to lower you will notice that taller buildings in town dont have their roofs drawing because they are on a tile that is out of the process range. I left it as an option because it affects performance. Most people should be able to run at max though without an issue.
