Title: Redistribute stats points?

I've only saw how stupid  am I right now. I was distribuing the points in the wrong section. Is there some way to correct it?

Skills can be changed out but stats cannot be changed after assignment is commited however ultimately you will reach a cap in all the stats before reaching the maximum level so it is not a huge deal.
