its a leather based equipment so it is not repairable at this point. I was going to make a hideout somewhere that sold rogue equipment but it would be expensive. Thoughts?

rougue equipment should be able to be repaired but not able to be bought, its a good reason to have creatures such as the devourer in the game, since there not fun to fight but rougue equipment should have a bit more defence on it and proably should look pretty cool, once the new patch comes in
