Different furnishers based on your Evil/Good alligiance so people can tell what side the house belongs too (if you want them too) Also maybe some practical buildings.. I know Evil guys need Dark Rock and Good guys need Holy Water so... How about a Holy Water fountain that generates bottles that you can stop by and harvest from? And evil guys can get a Dark Obelisk to generate dark stones. Its benificial, and makes house owning more attractive :p
