Thank you for finally working on this.  I agree, that no player enjoys being slaughtered by higher tiered players.  This will greatly resolve major greiving and new players from quitting the game becuase of dooshbag players.  

No player wants a higher level player to be chasing them around the map as soon as they are found, only to be easily killed and wiped of all thier good gear, that might have taken a long time to earn in the first place.

Creating fairness is the only solution in love and war.
