How does a player know if they have enough poison resistence so that poison lizards cannot turn my health bar green?  I also wore a poison necklace and I still got that evil green health reducing bar

 

Is there going to be a resistence portion of the interface? 

All poison resistance does is help give u a % against being poisoned you will never be completley imune, less you can provide 100 % resistance

When you do resist a a hit that would poison you, it will tell you.
