Title: Can't Patch!

I've reinstalled and restarted everything. I've tried running just the patcher, just the client, and through the shortcut. I miss this game, please help!!

well launch the game with FROClientPatcher.exe so the game can patch. 
simple as that

If that dont help download the game from scratch. I did that on a new computer worked just fine, took a while to patch :)
