Somehow I can't log in the game. I've registered here, downloaded and patched. But when I write my username and pw, it says that one of them is not correct. Also, on "MyAccount" page, the words "*E-mail Address" is written in red. Is there an activation e-mail I have to wait for?

The only time users have reported issues with logging in is the following:

1. Users from France who arent using a QWERTY keyboard have had issues logging in.likely because the characters dont map correctly
2. When there are international characteres in the password (IE characters with accents).

 

If you do have issues in the second case try changing your password to include only standard characters and numbers. Unfortunately for case #1 we do not have a resolution at this time.

Problem solved. Just swapped the Z with Y. Thx for telling me that QWERTZ can cause problems.
