Hi guys, 

I just found out about the game and I was hooked instantly. Sadly, I can't get it to work.

 

This is what i am getting:

^ This one the moment I start the launcher/patcher.

^ This one after I click on play or start application file.

Btw, I am on Win7, i5, 8gigs of ram and 560gtx card, so that can't be the problem.

I am getting the first error but can still enter the game. I never got this before so it must just be a temporary problem with the server.

First error is still there, but i sorted out the second one and managed to start the game.

thanks for the report...will check the patch server... That second error is a bit strange. Can't say I've seen that one before.Let me do a little research on that one. I think it may also have to do with patching. More fault tolerance will be in next release to prevent this.

 

Patching Screenshot error is fixed with server...

Can you cofirm the following:

1. Your running the client as an administrator.

2. assuming the game is installed to the default location, can you confirm the following path exists:

c:\program files(x86)\fantasy realm online\content\Default\definitions (has three files fonts.def, images.def and graphics.def)

and 

c:\program files(x86)\fantasy realm online\content\Default\images(has two files images2.cmb, images7.cmb)

If that is all true I would recommend trying to relaunch (if you havent already). If it still doesnt work try uninstalling the game. Delete the c:\program files(x86)\fantasy realm online directory after uninstalling (this is very important). Then reinstall the game and see if the same thing happens.
