Linux OS: Slackware64-14.0

Desktop: none (fluxbox window manager)

Ram: 16GB

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M

Video Driver Ver: 319.17

FreeRealms Online: ???

Status: NonWorking

tried running under mono 2.4.3, breaks with

Unhandled Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
  at FRO.Client.GameInstance.Initialize () [0x00000]
  at FRO.Client.GameInstance.Main (System.String[] Args) [0x00000]

under wine I could instead create the character, then after a few seconds in the game the game closes abruptly, with no error information.

Linux OS: Ubuntu 12.10 32-bit

Desktop: Gnome

Ram: 4GB

Video Card: AMD/ATI hybrid (Not sure the exact model; AMD Athlon II Neo)

FreeRealms Online: ???

Status: Working

Running under mono 2.10.8.1... Only issue is mouse gets locked inside the game window but game is playable. Issue is opened with Open TK.

The commonality I am seeing is 64-bit linux systems... does someone have a 32-bit to test on?

Client Updater Patch works, but is crashing while it tries to deploy the first content patch on the game data.
