In the short term we can put up more patch servers and performing patch consolidation, going to a torrent protocol might be a longer term solution. We were not expecting nearly as much traffic so we are adapting as quickly as possible.
I am going to consolidate the patches over the weekend this should help with future cases. I will also tweak the patch server usage to use the newer patch server 4/5 times instead of the regular round robin.
Sorry again

I don't understand?
You are unable to create a torrent of the entire game and publish it on a random tracker until you fix your patch system which seems to be broken?
Or at least publish 90% of the game on a torrent and let it update the rest?
I just did my fifth Content Patch reset :|

Thank you and sorry for the trouble.
I was advocating a torrent in case others have the same problem like me, so we can seed the game and get it faster to people. But I guess that's not happening. :)
Waiting for further instructions, I guess.

No problem, I am happy to help how I can, again the patching situation is unfortunate; we weren't expecting a rush of people all at once, the large majority of users have been completing patching despite the delay.
I am not a torrent user, so i apologize for that :/; I am aware of the technology and how it works for the most part but I do not have time at the moment to drop my other tasks for the project and just focus on torrent as a solution.
I have put the whole snapshot image at:
http://patching2.fantasyrealmonline.com/fro/MoonHaven.zip
its 423 megs probably 1/2 - 3/4 of all the patches combined...
After you have the file downloaded you will need to do the following:
1. Open the root of your fantasyrealmonline directory (likely c:\program files(x86)\fantasy realm online)
2. Open the content directory in the root folder...
3. rename the Moon Haven Folder to Moon Haven _Back (This if things dont go well)
4. Unzip the downloaded file
5. Copy the Moon Haven Folder to the content directory (make sure your zip extractor program didnt nest it in additional folder... directly in the Moon Haven Folder should be content, patches and previews folders)
6. Run the client patcher
7. You should be up to date with all your content patches up to this point.
Let me know if you hit any issues :-) Hopefully all goes well.

I almost didnt play this game because of how many hours and how many crashes i put up with during the installation. I've been installing it on another computer and getting the same issue, gonna take all day. I'm glad you are getting lots of traffic but it often seems very quiet still.
