So I read about this game on Massively.com and was interested right off the bat. I came straight to the website and created an account. I then down loaded and installed the game. It won't launch though. I get an error message everytime.

I took the launchers advice and reset all client patches. Still no dice. I then took the last piece of advice it gave to reset the core patches or whatever. Well it did that and now it's sitting on trying to install file 1/27 at like 1%.

What's going on?

First off I apologize your having issues getting in the game.

Did you receive an error when you say the game wont launch? What OS?

If your patch is stalling on downloading try closing and reopening the patch client (just not during the apply step) you will likely connect to a different patch server. One of our patch servers has been jamned with people since yesterday.

Hi and thanks for the reply. Right now it says it's at 22%. So it's taken it's sweet time. I've tried exiting and restarting the client several times but it still stays slow. Maybe it's just traffic I dunno.

The first patch is essentially all the content so it will be the slowest one.. Windows 7 should have no issues. If you get an error let me know.
