Sorry if I dublicate a thread, but none of the solution from other threads help to solve mine. 

I got this error. 

 

- I tried uninstalling (also deleting all left over files manually) and installing again 2 times. 

- I deleted Moon Haven file and tried to patch again 3 times. 

- I tried creating a shortcut (explained here) and patching from that shortcut. 

None of these solved my problem. 

Furthest point I could come is to reach 99% of patch 2/20. 

 

If you dont mind me asking, what country are you from? I only ask because it could be a cultural number parsing issue. I have seen this on one other occassion in a different area of the application. We were able to fix it in that case.

Also if you can hold tight, we have a major patch client update coming in the next day or two that might shed some more light or even fix this isse.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue.  Right now i am leaning towards the number parsing issue on this.

I was able to load the file with the german language culture... So I doubt that is the issue. Lets try the new launcher cleaning functions to see if that will help the game at all.

Can you run the game from the shortcut, ensure you have the latest client launcher(it should now show news when it starts in a larger window). Note if you dont have the latest client launcher just let the current patcher run and click Play. It should tell you a new one was installed and to restart the game.

Once your running the latest launcher. Click the help and troubleshooting tab. 

Then click Reset Patches and then click Reset Client patches. The launcher will download and install all client updates again (should be very short).

After this is complete click the Reset Patches button again under help and troubleshooting. Then select Moon Haven from the content patch server list, then click Reset Content Patches.

Finally select the game server and click play, the client launcher should download and install/apply all the patches again. If any errors come back they will appear in your patch log tab. Be sure to copy and paste any that come up for me into the forums. This will provide additional insight to us.
